Perfect location, beautiful view, clean room, excellent staff, convenient transportation.

Felt welcomed, nothing too much trouble.

We had an really good stay at this hotel in a prime location. The hotel was tidy and came equipped with useful facilities such as a coffee machine and ice dispenser. the airport limo bus stop and subway station were a brief stroll away, making transportation easy. The staff were also very kind and spoke English proficiently.

Clean hotel in a perfect location, exceptionally comfortable bed. The staff was welcoming and I had an excellent stay. I booked compact warm room. The breakfast was freshly cooked and offered lots of fine food.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the centre of Myeongdong, surrounded by shopping and dining options. The location couldn't be better, with the Myeongdong shopping street just a stone's throw away. The rooms are well-appointed with comfortable beds and all the typical amenities you would expect. What's even better is that breakfast is included in the rate, with several hot items to choose from. The staff here are exceptional, providing excellent service and being attentive to all our demands. They even went the extra mile to send a follow-up email to check on our experience. A truly great value for money stay!

All was ok, nothing that needs improvement.

Overall clean, big hotel, the staff and location were great here. Comfortable bed, reasonably spacious bathroom and central heating, a safe box and multi-channel television in the room. The coffee bar was comfortable!

In the heart of the bustling city, this modern hotel impressed me with its clean rooms and helpful service staff. The water dispenser on each floor and free coffee in the lounge were pleasant surprises. I recommend this hotel.

Convenient location in a lively area with easy access to subway and airport transportation. Room was clean and cozy with nice amenities such as fresh linens, electric kettle, and variety of pillows. Staff members were helpful and friendly, especially the front desk and housekeeping personnel. a great stay for the price paid.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right near the bus station for the airport, two subway stations, and surrounded by plenty of food options. The room and bathroom were clean and the staff was accommodating. Plus, the main area of Myeongdong is only a stone's throw away and great for shopping and exploring.

The hotel's receptionist was the friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly and kept our room clean. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was tucked on a quiet street but just a few steps away from the subway station, Myeongdong shopping, and the airport shuttle. the hotel provided a lounge with an ice machine and free coffee and tea, a nice bonus.
